Thanks for the connection. I finished my Massage training back in the mid 90s and qualified in my acupuncture 2000. Effectively in total I have been practicing 16 years.
I use a combination of massage and acupuncture and find this to be extremely satisfying and a beneficial approach for clients.
Las Vegas is still stuck in an economic recession. I own and operate my own outcall massage business, and since I saw the economic crash coming, I'm still doing very well. I've been a therapist now for seven years. I've never worked in a spa or for anyone else while performing massage, so I must say I'm a bit ignorant as to the ins-and-outs of the resort/spa/massage business.
As to comparing industry standards, please ask away. I'm unsure what you're asking and am probably not the right person to ask...yet, as I'm the continuing education event coordinator at the massage school I graduated from, I can certainly ask the teachers there any questions you may have.

Pleased to meet you as well!
