The biggest tip I can give you for passing your test is to find a National Board Review Group. The school I attended offered these for free to any massage therapists in the area, not just the ones who attended our school. So if your school does not offer one look around at the other massage schools in your area.
If you cannot find a formal group I suggest you get together with some classmates and study and quiz each other.
As for any specific tips, I really don't have any. I took the test six years ago and barely remember what was on it. If you are having a tough time remembering each section of school, perhaps perform some relaxation exercises such as meditation or breathing exercises so that you can then relax and concentrate. The test is really not that big of a deal so you need to calm yourself ;) I know this is easy for me to say, but once you get through it (which I know you will!) you'll see that it's no big deal.
