Hi Jim,   I have been rear ended 3 times since 2007 and treated by the chiropractor, PT and Massage Therapist in the clinic. I see the EOB that come from my insurance company so I know exactly how much they bill for each service. AFor Massage it is $55 for each 15 minute unit. EOB's are Explanation of Benefits from the Insurance company.

This is what I would like to say in answer to your question. Remember Chiropractors bill insurancecompanies $55 for each 15 session. So they are being paid $220 an hour for massage from insurance companies. Just my thought
