Yes, in fact, I sent you an email directly after the FSMTA convention...it would be an honor. Here is a copy of that email:
Vivian,
It was, as always, a great pleasure to see you at the FSMTA convention. I apologize for the delay in my email, just trying to keep up with work at my practice. Recession? What recession?!
Anyway, I’m interested in your offer to teach some of the insurance billing seminars in Central Florida. It would be honored to be associated with such a well reputed educator and massage leader; as yourself.
As you probably already know, when I taught the Advanced Medical & Orthopedic Massage Program at FCNH, I taught a section on Medical Documentation & Insurance Billing. If possible, I’d like to share some of the techniques, topics and activities that students responded well to.
In short, I hope you are open to enhancing the current curriculum and perhaps adding powerpoint slides. I’ve got tons of ideas, but will respect your opinion & having the final say.
Please feel free to send me details about teaching your information: dates, locations, training, compensation, etc. I know your schedule is pretty busy, so feel free to respond at your earliest convenience.
