My God, it's fun. And by "God" I mean, of course, Zeus. You know what's fascinating? I follow a bunch of celebrities and it's always interesting to see who they follow. For instance, Stephen Hawking and Richard Dawkins? Both crazy Weird Al Yankovic fans. Who knew?

Anybody in Victoria BC on June 24 can see me rocking the open mic at the Canwrite wrier's conference. I'll be reading a short story and drinking my second beer.

A common aftermath of body work in general can be redness and itching of the skin. I have seen this especially evident in the trunk and ribcage area and can sometimes be rather pronounced. I was taught

that this was a reaction to histamine released from the cells, creating

an itching sensation. What have you been taught? Also, why does it seem

more evident in the trunk vs other parts of the body?

I reported in my May 5 blog that COMTA volunteer of more than ten years, John Goss, had been removed from his position, during a meeting

he was unable to attend. That led to my reporting a personal experience I

had with the organization; I heard through the grapevine that the

officers were upset that I had given them negative publicity. I don’t
