I just purchased a busy Massage Practice and I feel like a few of the girls who work for me lack motivation to see clients. They are happy with only seeing 2-3 clients each day they work and they are always taking time off at the last minute leaving me no coverage. I appreciate the work done when they are on but would also like a little more dependability. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently looking to buy a massage chair. I am debating between 2 different chairs offered on massagewarehouse.com. The first is the NRG grasshopper which is less expensive and the other is the stronglite ergo pro chair which is more money. I'm looking for information on either one of the chairs. Im debating whether it is worth it to spend the more money for the ergo chair or if I will be just as happy using the less expensive grasshopper?
