My situation is this. when I first opened my office I tried to advertise for a room to rent in my office. No worth while replies came in. Newspaper, fliers, nothing worked. Now I'm trying it again 6 months later. I taught at the local Massage school and I'm going there today too. Getting on the new flier right now and see what works this time.
