massage and bodywork professionals

I have a few questions and would love your advice.  I have two new therapists working out of my studio.  I am giving them a percentage of the massage fee.  I am providing the space, sheets, oils and doing the marketing.  They are independent contractors and keep practices out of their homes as well.  How do you handle it if a client that you have booked for them cannot fit into the schedule at your space and then goes to see them at their other studio?  Or the other way around, if one of their clients comes to see them at your space.  My inclination is to keep the same fee structure no matter where they are seen.  What are your thoughts and practices.

I worked as an independent contractor at a studio in Nashville. All the massage appointments were booked through an independent booking agent that charged a percentage of the fee regardless where the massage actually took place. But it was in a high end salon/studio so the fee was expected. I didn't contract any other work except my own, was just on call there to help her get the massage sideline up and running. She still calls me from time to time.
