the best way to built your mobile business

I will be starting my mobile full service spa this week and servicing five states with other people working for me what is the best way you think that you have built your client tell and the bes tway you handle people working for your mobile spa business.

Hi Beante ~ The best way I have built my clientele is by being an active, hand's on owner/massage therpaist. I worked for allmost two years before turning a profit. I would not be here today if I did not sacrifice. Personal networking at events, non profits and refferals from existing clients. I love putting people to work in a business that I love. I offer incentives to my contractors to retain customers at a higher rate of pay for example. I recognize contractors efforts, travel and cost of supplies when setting my pay scale for new hires. I also send out e-blasts to alert contractors of upcoming jobs in their area. The rest is just drama. Best of luck in your Mobile Spa!

Thanks I am planning a spa party event were customers get get five services for $100 and enjoy food & drinks and more what is the best way to market this kind of event I would like to have at least 500 people to attend my event I will be sending large companies to come such as coca-coca,hooters,hospitals and more and some to the public

Hi Beante ~ I was wondering how your event went. It sounded like a it would be a big hit! Did you attract a hospital contract? Currently, I have a contract with 3 hospitals and what I love most about having them on my team is the validity and credit for being an upstanding professional business recognized in the traditional health care field.

One of the best ways that I have built my business is to attract and maintain contracts with other industries and business where therapists work multiple days and hours per month.
