We use the same channels - needless to say each serves a different purpose. In addition, we have also started a Podcast which has helped increase awareness. The same traffic, when visiting our site, ends up subscribing to one of the other social channels like FB, Twitter and G+. The most effective however in terms of connecting at a deeper level with fellow professionals by far has been LinkedIn.
