First congrats to Paulina on passing the Nationals!

Second did anyone use or purchase any study guides for either licensing exam? I'm looking into getting one asap. I'm about to complete my second week in clinic and hope to take my test soon.

Barron's Complete Review Guide For State and National Examinations in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Questions on the National Exam word for word out of that book. 5th Edition Just memorize it. You will do great if you take the NCBTMB

Hi I completed my massage therapy course in the state of florida. Is this book good for florida's national exam? Please let me know which review book I can use to help me with the national exam I am very nervous. Thank you

Barron's Review Guide is for the NCBTMB Exam.

I plan to get these next week. They have a money back deal- if you don't pass. Plus I think it looks pretty good - logically laid out. The questions are compatible with all state exams, the MBLEx, and both of the National Certification Examinations. I would be interested in any other resources that people think are great.
What sort of study time commitment have folks been making for national cert?

Once I graduated from school in December I took a two week break to get through Christmas that year. Than it was pretty much on a daily basis once the new year began. I took my test in Feb first Monday that year. So I studied pretty much Mon-Fir for about 6 weeks before my exam.

I bought a book called "Success in Massge Therapy" Its a complete review book and it comes with a CD-ROM disc with six practice test. This is an excellent book it also, has over 1000 exam type questions with answers and rationales, 100 pages of anatomoy & technique content. Good Luck to you!

Thanks. I'll look into his book as well. I do like the fact that a CD-Rom comes with it. Those are always so helpful.

I think I found it on Amazon Darcy. Is it the 5th edition published in 2005? Just making sure.
