I would work pelvis towards head up the inside of the curvatures( to lengthen) and head to pelvis down the outside of the curvatures to shorten spinal muscles.
Triggerpoint work for right (or both) shoulders and neck. Pecs and diaphram.
Depending on her age I would be carefull re pressure in case curvatures indicate possible osteoperosis. This is because some doctor's think "massage" in terms of fluff and buff light massage, rather than deeper remedial.
