great video. although i can't say it told me anything i didn't know.

now where can i find me that kinda love? :)
btw...i signed up on Chemistry.com just earlier this week. and based on the very odd and random questions they ask...it was the closest profile information about me i've ever read. check it out:

I liked it up until she mentioned the 4 personality types based on levels of 4 chemicals and the fact that she's involved in chemistry.com, then I was put off, so it was just as well she only mentioned it at the end.

I'm put off because of a couple of things.
First off, how many different personality tests and what have you out there?
Take a look at this chart and you can see there are quite a few. Now, I'm knocking them and I'm sure a lot of them are valid and really good but I'm wary of them because there are SO many and the fact that money is being made from it just makes question things.
The other thing is that she probably has a questionnaire on her site that is filled in by the user only. I'm wary about that too since very often our views or beliefs about ourselves might be different from how others view us.
I remember back when I was working for a company in a supervisory role in my 20's and we'd to do a management course which included one of these personality tests. The people we worked with had to answer questions on us. So if you look at that list I'd linked to, I had put myself in the amiable category, whereas my co-workers had put me in the analytical. So it was a lesson on how I viewed myself was different from how others saw me. Looking back on it my co-workers sized me up better than I did myself since I changed careers and went into a field where I used a lot of analytical skills for over a decade. Like I said, I'm not knocking personality tests - I happen the think that one was good, but getting other people's input was what made it good.

Her method might be really good, I don't know. She's a smart woman obviously.

But asides from that her talk was cool and interesting.
It made me wonder about non-romantic love, though. I think there's too much emphasis in our society on the romantic type and not enough emphasis on the love of family and friends (and pets :)).

I particularly liked the way she said that animals love and she showed the pic of the gorillas. I wonder if they are the Brangelina of the gorilla world.
WLTM any female MTs that take this test and get = oversexed/manic depressive........ dont worry.............me too !

PS message me !

PPS + must be in to energy work........ - can accomodate some research interests :)
