I workout 5-6 days a week at home. I do strength 3 days and cardio 3 days. I also make sure to eat healthy foods.

Creating Peace with Your Hands is a great book written by Karina Braun. It is a wholistic survival guide to a healthy career. It gives proper technique, body alignment, and many ideas for self- care with hydrotherapy, yoga, nutrition, strengthening, and flexibility training.

Oh awesome! Thanks for the book suggestion. I hear ya on the trying to use forearms more. I'm trying to do that too. I invited a lot of friends to join this site so I'll definitely send em this way :)
