Hey Trina, thanks foe sharing. There is a really good book by Lauriann Green called Save Your Hands! Go to amazon and type it in. It should get you started. I have begin to use more forearms myself. Keep the questions coming and keep sharing. Invite friends as well to be apart of the group.

Kris that is one reason I dont like them. Like i said before I would rather eat them but I prefer smoothies if i had a choice

I don't mind the clean up until I get to the strainer, thats the part I don't like, but over all it's worth the juice.

I have a juicer.  I love the juice, I hate cleaning it.  That is the biggest drawback for me.

Carrie I am with you on the JUICE LOVE, theres a website I use to find really good recipes it is www.juicingforhealth.com . I have done a few for energy boost. Check it out and let me know what you think. Happy Juicing.
