Hey lisa doon't like the sound of that , maybe do like Marilyn says and get checked out by a chiro...probably alot to do with all the stress you bin through and more rubbing !
I bin watching the pairs ice skateing (have'nt watched in years) = absolutely beautifull ....and since when have the guys had the girl standing on them like that..I mean those skates must leave a mark right ?

You people make me snort-laugh! Men indeed. We lusty women are watching the beefcakes in the hockey arena just now (Go USA!) and flipping back sometimes to the men's ski cross to see the burly men with muscles a-ripple. Curling pales in comparison tonight. Enjoy! Oh-thanks for the mention about the sleep number, Vlad, I never heard that! Lisa, hope you're feeling better.

Lisa - hope you're feeling better. If you're thinking of a Sleepnumber you can get a 30% discount if you tell them you're a massage therapist. They're great beds.
Marilyn - the husband is more into the womens curling for some reason. He said any sport where a bunch of females shout "harder" quite a bit is good in his book.

Lisa, poor baby! There are days when I'm really glad I work out of a chiropractor's office...have you ever tried that? You don't need to be hurting! (It's safe to assume you've raised & lowered your table height from time to time so you're not always at the same angle?) Costco online has really decent, sturdy massage beds for pretty cheap; I have one I've used for over ten years, first with just reiki clients, but full time for massage for the last five...hope my two cent input helps!
Vlad, my husband is also a hockey guy (this is Red Wings territory, after all!) but only from the chair, and he is taking an interest in curling right now too. I'm a hockey fan too, but only when the Wings are winning! I guess if I could choose any Olympic sport to compete in, in an alternate dimension, it would have to be speed skating ~ but not short track , that would rattle me too much...or maybe downhill racing. I have come to the conclusion that I am an adrenalin junkie.
Choice, I think I can be good at both! At the same time! (What's that they say about liquid courage again?) Actually, I think they drink so their toes don't freeze...just a theory. I'll let you know. ;o)

meds have finally kicked in. PHEW!! now it's just a "normal" dull achy pain. went from a 10 to a 3/4. :)

Terry just tell the hubby that joining the dating sites is "researching the human experience" and that it will "make your intuition within your practice stronger". ;)
today has been an AWFUL day for me. my back is in excruciating pain for over an hour now. i'm waiting for the medicine to kick in but it doesn't seem to be doing so. i'm borderline thinking of going to the hospital though i'm not much into docs and hospitals. and i'm not really sure there would be much they can do. i've already been through so many tests and all they came up with was the beginning of osteoarthritis in my spine. every morning i wake to terrible pain, but today it seems it has lasted WAY longer than usual. i wonder if the weather (lots of rain) is making it worse. I'm certain I need a new bed, and it makes me aggravated that they are SO much money.
