Communication - How well do you communicate with your clients?

Here's an article on what I call, Client Intake Interviews. It's that precious little time I take prior to the massage session when I'm reviewing the clients intake form and talking with the client.

excellent post Kris. A true concierge service to/for your clients. More physicians are starting to pick up on this too.
