You were recruiting, not relating.  Selling, not attracting.

I had a client just this week that fits this situation. She came in on a gift card and was in a lot of pain. She fell down the staircase backwards several years ago. During the massage she told me how much better she felt but that she could not afford to keep coming. Had isurance that paid for medical issue but not massage. I just listened to her and did not pressure her. In the end, she rebooked as she felt so much better than she has in years of drugs and doctors. For me it was just a neat experience.
