I want to start right off the bat by shattering a marketing myth that we've all been lead to believe. For many years, I also bought into this false belief before the light bulb went off.

That belief was that when it came to marketing our massage business, it's better to move slow and don't take too many chances.

You'll often hear people say, "Try one thing at a time...don't get in over your head...slow down...don't bite off more than you can chew...real success takes time...if it looks too good to be true, it probably is...” And I'm here to tell ya that it's all garbage!

The meaning of course, is that going slow is better than going fast. The reality is that in business and marketing...

Great Rick!

One crucial point is that if we are going to perform many tasks at once, track them all! Then, we know where the clients are coming from, what works, etc., etc.

Kris It is so good to "meet' you through this site. I enjoy reading the posts and will get to your links pretty soon.

As for building a business I have some major things I always teach in my insurance billing and marketing seminars.

1. Build a Reputation and Your Business Builds Itself.

2. As you give, you receive, "if you don't expect it back from the source you gave it to".

3. Be a good listener, give a terrific, no cheatem massage, be fair in fees and generous with your smiles and personality.

This is a summary of how I built my practice of 28-32 clients/patients a day and right at 500 patient claims filed per month. (I still have patient files to prove it in a shed we purchased just to store them.)

Can you do it alone? No. Did I look to hire others? No. Did I really even want to build a business outside of my own capabilities? No

But when the clients /patients call, you take care of them one way or another and never say no.. (well not usually) ha. what I mean, don't turn away business you worked so hard to obtain.

A few dollars are always better than none at all. Example, If you make only $40.00 per session and have to pay other therapists the rest, isn't that better than nothing? A movie and lunch? A surprise for your spouse or other family member? What can or will you do with the little extra?

I always taught my LMT daughter that in doing a massage she could buy a tank of gas, a toaster, a new dress for her baby, pay her phone or electric bill, buy groceries, etc.

So don't sneeze at the little dollars like I am hearing so many doing these days. Think in terms of what you can do with that extra money.

And last but not least, If you're reliable, open for challenges, not afraid to work, and have a live person answer your phones, you won't be missing much in building a business.

Thanks for letting me share a few ideas that worked for us.

Will do.

Now that I've hopefully debunked that career-killing belief system (in my previous articles), I'm going to show you HOW to make this possible – not just leave you with theory and some motivational talk.

I'm going to prove to you RIGHT NOW how this is achievable.

Kris thanks for the call and great conversation today!!. You're are such a pleasure to communicate with.
As you requested here is my website: www.massageinsurancebilling.com

Thanks again and as I said on the phone, I am as close as your phone if I can ever be of assistance.
Thanks Vivian!

As I mentioned on the phone, I'm ignorant in regards to medical billing. Thanks for all your assistance!

I'm a quick study though, and I see this as a huge opportunity here in 'vegas. (Not like I'm busy enough, but that's another story...:))

OK, here it is.

Three ways (used together) to earn $87,500 in your practice in 5 months.

This is the meat and potatos, so to speak ;)

It's also the method I used to cranked up my massage business. $87,500 wasn't enough for me at the time. (A couple of years ago). Heck, I was already earning that in my full time job (not in massage) with all the perks of working for someone else. I wanted MORE! I pushed this method to the limit, with some fine tuning.....and let's just say that the income generated was well over six figures. (Just massage).

Not here to brag, just to explain what's possible if we actually DO something!

Also keep in mind that when I put this plan into action, I had practically zero clients. I had one here or there, but nothing to work with in regards to 'inactive clients,' or the possibility of 'referred clients.' I started from scratch.

Read this article then get to work. (IF you want to make great money that is...)
