Yep, I did. I actually got an email for it somehow before it was posted here. Kinda interesting. :) Would like to see how the results turn out too.

Hi Alicia, would you be interested in contributing an article on "Face Fitness" massage, and/or contributing a business tip for our readers on the best ways to remove a sugar/salt scrub from clients? Let me know!

Hi Marissa! Bellanina is a great facelift massage - good choice! I teach a similiar workshop out here called, "Face Fitness" Massage. It combines european and eastern techniques designed to drain the toxins in the face, balance the chi, tone, and tighten by incorporating systematically rolling, tapping, kneading muscle tissue and addressing acupressure points on the neck, ears, and back of the head as well as the face.

Hi Cindy! Yes, i always mix in a facial toner and my skin oil to a scrub, it helps make it less grainy and as you know, the less product the better! Easy on- easy off is the goal!

Hi Everyone! Finally, I added my first "spa" treatment to my menu. I just became certified in Bellanina Facelift Massage. So far, the clients are loving it and re-booking! Has anyone else taken this course? I know there are a lot of facial specialists on this and there are a lot of people who do facial toning, just want the feed back. What do you like about it and what problems have you run in to with it?

Alicia - are you adding a facial toner to the scrub? Or something different?
And yes - adding more oil helps I have to remind myself that the LESS product I use, the less product there is to remove. It's getting that balance that's the trick! That said - there are always wayward salt or sugar crystals in some nook or cranny...
