I had this in another group, but I think that it would benefit here as well. Share your favorite recipes. Whether they are healthy or unhealthy. For the healthy ones...great! We can all give them a try if they sound appealing to our taste buds. For the unhealthy...maybe we can "tweak" them! Sometimes simple switches can save mega calories and unhealthy fat intake. Personally, I know that I can get a little bored with eating the same things over and over or trying to please the whole family. Lets spice things up! I love to cook so, I'll probably be adding several along the way!

This one is actually a WW recipe! I love it! Very spicy w/a lot of flavors going on!

Sicilian Tuna Wraps

2 T. raisins
2 tsp. olive oil
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
20 small green olives, halved
2 T. red-wine vinegar
1 T. capers, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 (6 ounce) can water packed solid white tuna, drained
4 (6 inch) fat-free flour tortillas

1. In a small bowl, soak the raisins in hot water to cover until soft and plumped, about 10 minutes. Drain, discarding the water.
2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet. Saute the celery, bell pepper, and garlic until soft, 10-12 minutes. Add the raisins, olives, vinegar, capers, and red pepper; simmer until the liquid evaporates, 2-3 minutes. Add the tuna and cook, stirring gently, until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
3. To assemble the wraps, soften the tortillas according to package directions. Divide the tuna mixture among the tortillas. Fold up the bottom edge of each tortilla, then left to right sides to enclose the filling.
