Drinking water is so important for weight loss. Even more so important when sick, even though it does not taste good. I try to drink half of my weight in water each day. I drink either Bottled Natural Spring Water with no addatives, or filtered water. Remember to change the filter. Do I succeed with this task? Probably half the time. So what kind of water do you drink and how much each day?

Right there with you. I drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water per day. I drink plain filtered water. I try to drink at least 32 ounces about 1 hour before having a "meal". And if I start feeling like I want to snack I grab some water. A lot of the time we head for the fridge when our bodies are actually thirsty. Try drinking some water first and then wait to see if you still feel like having a snack.
I remember you always drinking water at the center but I didn't know you were supposed to drink that much. I better get to drinking. At the FSMTB meeting they gave us these drinking water bottles that were empty. They are made out of corn and will dissolve in a landfill in 90 days. They have a filter that turns tap water into drinking water, good for 90 uses. Cool! Good for folks that travel.
Mike- Find out what brand and list it on the Go Green group please! They would love it!

This sounds like a great water bottle. What brand are they? Can we order on the internet?
