So I am wandering if there are any places in New Mexico to order Ma-Uri shirts and stuff. Since I moved to the mainland I have only been working on family and friends cause sadly NM doesn't honor certifications for massage from out of the country. Now however I am attending massage school in Albuquerque NM and am going to be finished in a few months. I would like to have some Ma- Uri shirts to wear after I open my new clinic. How does the massage of the institute differ from Hawiian lomi lomi? I realize that is a loaded question since lomi lomi is very different from family to family. Is there a specific lineage or is it a modern interpretation? In Glendale, CA Uncle Freddie teaches traditionally his lineage in apprenticeship.
