I was going to buy the Active Assisted Stretching book, but then I read some mixed reviews on it. What is the best book/DVD/course on stretching?

Oh along time ago in Hawaii, you had to apprentice under a licensed therapist for a while before you could qualify to get a license there...So I studied under a Shiatsu therapist.. However I dont really do any particular style now.. In my beginning years I called myself a shiatsu therapist.
