Hi Viktoria, Welcome here. I have been to every World massage Festival there has ever been. This will be the 6th year. You just don't want to miss this fun. Also it is the least expensive of them all and the greatest. www.worldmassagefestival.com
I am going to sign up for a MT course that starts in July. i will be enrolling at Rizzieri's School for the Healing Arts. I've been wanting to do this for a long time and am finally ready to do it. My prayers are with you on your job search, and don't forget to stay positive! Also, I've done a lot of research on prospecting job opportunities. One seasoned MT said she tried them all before she decided what was right for her, if that helps, I think it was good advice.
Anyhow, I'll keep in touch. Dont forget to post the good news when you land a position, we can both celebrate your progress :)
How is life in Las Vegas? I bet you must be very busy living there. There must be a lot of massage therapy opportunities out there? Do you work in one of the spas or do you have your own clients? Viktoria
Kris: Life in Las Vegas is great! Spring is coming which means beautiful weather! As to what I see in the massage industry, it's Ok. Economy is still struggling and many therapists have had their hours cut and wages decreased. I work for myself and saw this coming, so my clientele is fine!
