I am very disappointed in the way the massage therapy field is regulated. Fristly there is no department for complaints concerning the profession. I have been a therapist for fifteen years and slowly I have seen major changes with this profession. Why are franchises being allowed where the therapists are being totally exploited paid poorly worked long hours ect.
