FREE 12 steps abdominal visceral massage training By Boris Prilutsky.
Dear friends.
Stress and resulting stasis of venous blood in abdominal cavity causes multiple abnormalities such as Chron’s disease, gastric ulcers, gastro intestinal track diseases, colitis, constipation, irregularity and insufficiency of bowel movement, diverticulitis, acid reflux diseases and irritable bowel syndrome but also not limited to producing severe lower back pain. In many cases if not to incorporate abdominal mobilizations it difficult to help people who is suffering from lower back pains, because lower back region dysfunction as well abdominal cavity disorders ,both can trigger this pains. Today these dysfunctions became massive phenomenon.
Because Abdominal/visceral massage is the most powerful methodology in addressing venous blood stasis and reducing lymphedema, I have decided to share my knowledge in abdominal visceral massage protocols. I propose links to twelve steps hands on each step separately. I hope you would like these videos and, most importantly, be able to learn from it. I highly recommend review each step numerous times.
You are welcome ask questions, post comments and provide constructive criticism.
Best Wishes,
Boris Prilutsky

Thank you very much, Boris... I will certainly take a look at your writings. Talking about abdominal/visceral stuff, I thought you might be interested in this.
A Research Study on Adult Constipation Using Abdominal Self-Massage...
Please respond only to Silke... Thank you.
Please consider participating if you experience two of the following symptoms: straining, hard stools, anal blockage/restriction, incomplete bowel movements, painful bowel movements, or infrequent bowel movements.
Participation in this study is completely free of charge.
Four 90-minute classes will provide you with invaluable skills to support your internal organs and ease constipation. Classes will be held in Fairfax, Oakland, and San Francisco on the weekend and weeknights starting on September 24 (group one) and January 21 (group two). In case you don’t want to take classes and would like to support this study, please consider joining the control group.
Participants will be asked to massage their abdomen for four weeks (15 minutes/day) and to fill out some forms (about 90-minutes time commitment over the course of ten weeks). The study will start September 10, 2011. All study participants are encouraged to continue with their current treatments and protocols; abdominal self-massage is simply added for four weeks. Your name will not be associated in any way with the research findings.
About Silke: I am currently writing my doctoral thesis on abdominal self-massage for the treatment of constipation. I have been working as a full time massage therapist in Fairfax for the past thirteen years. I chose constipation as my research topic not only because I have had great success working with clients who have been experiencing problems with digestion and elimination, but also because it seems to be a prevalent malady in our society that easily can be helped with abdominal self-massage.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have or to request further informational material about the study. I am readily available by phone (415-419-3507) and email silke@silkegreiner.com, or visit http://www.silkegreiner.com/Research-Study.html for a more detailed description of the study as well as the class schedule. I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear friends.
Let's discuss in much broader way inflammatory conditions/diseases within inner organs of abdominal cavities including pelvic floor abnormalities. As you understood from my abdominal /visceral massage lesson /presentation due to venous stasis different gastro intestinal track diseases including Chron’s disease affecting many people. In my opinion ,nowadays’ massive phenomenon of these dysfunctions/diseases is a tribute to tremendous amount of stress that we all exposed too. This stress causing venous stasis, is contributing to decrease of arterial blood supply secondary triggering inflammations including , lymphedemas developments Etc. On the other hand inflammatory conditions such as Chron’s disease can be initiated, due to viral infection, autoimmune reactions etc. as well pelvic floor diseases such as endometriosis , could start development due to hormones disbalance or due to autoimmune reactions .where this cycle is close? If in stress related cases all inflammatory condition starts because of venous stasis, in other cases developed inflammation producing venous stasis, that of course will create insufficiency of arterial blood supply. As you can see no matter what will trigger inflammatory diseases within abdominal cavities, protocol of abdominal /visceral massage is very effective because no one of available methodologies but massage, in a short period of time will accelerate venus blood drainage, will reduce sizes of lymphedema and most importantly will stimulate much-needed arterial blood supply which is the real stimulation of healing process including prevention of adhesions formation est. in many cases abdominal cavity diseases is curable, in some cases abdominal visceral massage techniques will help and significant to manage painful symptoms like in cases of endometriosis. No doubt. In most of this cases we have to communicate with doctors. My lessons provided enough information for you to be able to explain doctors what we are doing. All presented material is scientifically sound and most of the doctors will understand your explanation , safety of this treatment as well significant benefits .If you will have any question, I will be more than happy to answer to my best abilities.
Best wishes.
Boris
absolutely. I do believe in self massage.is it effective like our hands-on performances?I doubt it. But additional to our treatments, we should teach our clients home programs self treatment.in such a case results will be sustained . Maintenance of our treatments results is important and self massage is a great tool.
BTW. I didn't offer writings, but hands-on video clips.
Best wishes.
