getting licensed with a criminal background?
could someone who has a felony on their record for selling marijuana still get licensed for massage in the state of new jersey? the crime was non violent.

You would need to contact the state licensing board for that information http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/mbt/ .
I didn't see anything that says if prohibits you from getting your license, but I would just call and double check.

Even though it is non-violent, some are disqualifiers. identity theft, for instance. State can't be licensing you to have people leave their valuables unattended....
