The best pain reliever I have found is Tei-Fu Massage lotion from Nature's Sunshine. I like it better than Biofreeze. Stretching, Stretching, Stretching before during and after my massage sessions is a must for me. Receive massage every Thursday. I also have and use a FarInfared Suna, Hot Tub and Pool. I try to do it all to take good care of me. Did Tai-Chi in the grass at the World Massage Festival during my reflexology class. That was amazing.
