I have been rear-ended 3 times in the last 2 1/2 years. The last time was April 30, 2010. I am still seeing the chiro 3 x a week. Sauna, hot tub stretching, stretching, stretching the heck out of my neck which is my main trouble spot for this on. I am not lifting 40 pounds and doing 125 crunches on the ball and walking 1/2 to 1 mile 3 times a week or more. I also have a membership to a CURVES gym which is on hold for the moment. Massaging 4 times a week and doing no more than 3 massage in that time frame of 4 hours for now. Chiro's orders. I am following them to the T most of the time.
