Creating Peace with Your Hands: The Survival Guide for a Healthy Career. Save money and ensure career longevity by ordering this online course!
T spheres® are innovative and unique self-massage balls born from over 17 years of research & development. This natural way to relieve pain from the body uses two of the most scientifically researched alternative methods for stress relief- aromatherapy and massage. The infusion of aromatherapy essential oils into a purified, perfectly weighted organic rubber compound has never been accomplished before; making t spheres the only massage ball with both beneficial attributes.
Massage Therapists can utilize t spheres in a variety of ways. A therapist can use t spheres as a self-care tool and in session either with or without oil. These palm sized aromatherapy infused massage balls can be used for sports massage or chair massage with a client that is clothed or be utilized with oil during a massage session.
Therapists can use t spheres either hot or cold and with various different techniques in session. Oils such as lavender, peppermint, and grapefruit are infused within the t spheres. Professional use t spheres are also available and are non scented. These aromatherapy infused massage balls can be used for direct pressure, myofascial release, trigger point work, and for acupressure points. T spheres® truly save therapists' hands and help to prevent RSI.
Creating Peace with Your Hands live seminar is taught by Karina Braun, LMT from Get In Touch Education. This course teaches injury prevention techniques that include basic t sphere technique for the back, neck, shoulders, and face. The combination of essential oils and massage produce a great experience for the client and create less strain on a therapist's body. After taking this course, massage therapists will gain knowledge on injury prevention techniques and learn how to include t spheres into any massage session. Also, you will be able to make extra income by offering t spheres as a take- home tool for your client. Present RSI today by including t spheres into your massage and self-care routine.

This is not me... but this is my work out.. Its a free flow workout... I'm going to do an easy workout now for about 15 min.... You guys have a great day!!
I stopped getting massage myself for about 6 months following a relocation of my practice - basically left a thriving practice and moved to start up again. Those 6 months without bodywork convinced me to get back to receiving weekly massage. I now receive two hours of integrated Swedish every other week alternating with a session combining hand and foot reflexology and deep neck work. Yes! I'm happy again!
HEALING THE HEALER- New NCBTMB Approved CE Home Study course. This is self-paced and open to everyone. Self healing tools for bodyworkers and caregivers. 3 CE hrs. for $33.00. www.shirleyknapp.com/healingthehealerhomestudycourse.html
I have done many things in my career to stay healthy. Proper diet/nutrition, yoga/exercise, FUN, massage, positive people etc
I even offer health coaching now because I have found the most difficult part for people is to have the motivation to continue on the path. Some need a helping hand, others don't realize there is much that can be done nutritionally and many don't realize all the emotional components involved. Even LMT's need this support!
