Motivation Before and After pics

pictures paint a 1000 words. so in an attempt to help motivate our group...here's my before and after. currently i'm somewhere in between.

pic two at 150 lbs

pic three at around 170 lbs where i currently reside

You look great keep it up I have my before and after and before and after pics but not on the computer I like my before better and remember the days I could touch my nose to my knees hope to get there again some day thanks for the inspiration
